Organic 70% Dark Chocolate Peru single origin Smoked with a Native Australian Paperbark.

Paperbark has been used for thousands of years by Aboriginal Australians. They would wrap their food inside the Paperbark before cooking it over the fire.

The team at Good Boy Chocolate first wrap the cocoa beans in the Paperbark, ignite it with fire and place the whole thing in the oven for the usual roast. To intensify the smoked flavour, a smoke gun is used to diffuse Paperbark smoke inside the stone grinder while it’s running.

The Good Boy Chocolate’s story began in a small town in Italy. Becoming masters of the chocolate craft during time in Paris, New York and Hong Kong; GBC now calls Melbourne home.
