‘What locations do you ship to?’
We deliver to metro and most regional locations in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA and TAS. We prefer not to ship our chocolates to NT or internationally due to their perishable nature and lack of ability to manage delivery delays. If you would like to ship an order to these locations, please contact us directly.
Shipping parcels to some regional/remote areas can take a number of days. We will ensure your parcel is packed in insulation to withstand a longer transit time.

‘What is the cost of delivery?’
Any order over $79 is shipped free of charge. For all other orders, we charge a flat rate of $10 for delivery via Australia Post or a courier service. To protect your chocolate during transit, they are packaged in heat insulated packaging with an ice pack.

‘When will my order be shipped?’
We generally ship orders within 24 hours. To reduce the risk of your chocolate purchase overheating in a delivery depot over a weekend, we avoid posting orders on Thursday and Friday.
We also keep an eye on the weather and will not ship on days forecast to be over 32 degrees celsius.
‘Pick Up Options’
We are currently unable to facilitate in-person collection of orders.
