‘Where do you deliver?’

We deliver to metro and regional locations in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA and TAS. Currently we do not recommend delivery of our chocolates to NT or overseas due to the perishable nature of our products, however we have done this successfully for customers and would be happy to arrange this. Please contact us separately about this.

‘What is the cost of delivery?’

We charge a flat rate of $12.95 for standard delivery and $15 for Express Post. For purchases over $79 delivery is free.

‘Has my order gone through successfully?’

A confirmation email with details of your order and an order number will be emailed to you once you have placed an order. If you have been charged for an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact us.

‘How can I track my order?’

Once your order had been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number.

‘Can I add something to my order once it’s been placed?’

We are happy to change or amend your order if the request is received within 24 hours of the order being placed, and the order has not yet been packed. We cannot guarantee amendments can be accommodated, but we will assist you where possible.

‘Can I collect my order?’

We do not currently offer local pickup.

‘What is your returns and refunds policy’

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of faulty products, or if we have made an error in product fulfilment. Faulty products does not include damage by sunlight or heat incurred after the time of delivery.
