  • Good Boy Chocolate Dark Chocolate Smoked Native Paperbark 68g

    Organic 70% Dark Chocolate Peru single origin Smoked with a Native Australian Paperbark.

    Paperbark has been used for thousands of years by Aboriginal Australians. They would wrap their food inside the Paperbark before cooking it over the fire.

    The team at Good Boy Chocolate first wrap the cocoa beans in the Paperbark, ignite it with fire and place the whole thing in the oven for the usual roast. To intensify the smoked flavour, a smoke gun is used to diffuse Paperbark smoke inside the stone grinder while it's running.

    Great by itself, but even better when paired with a superior liquor.
