    This bean to bar dark chocolate is a nice balance between the roasted beans from Panama and the Dominican Republic, and Australian raw organic cane sugar. It has a robust roasted nutty flavour which is very easy on the palate. There is no bitter aftertaste.

    We enjoyed this chocolate with a Lazona Barbera 2017 from the King Valley. As it’s not a heavy dark chocolate, it pairs nicely with medium-bodied reds.
